I feel Charlotte is very respectful of the clients time and follows through with everything she says she will do. Only problem we had is everything from the sale to the closing whet so fast that I could barely keep up. However that was definitely a plus. We sold our house and bought another one at the same time and her team and Jeanna Hills team made closing happen on the same day that we sold ours and bought the new one.
