Jenn Sharp Client Review – The Wilsons Mineola, TX

We had spoken briefly with another agent prior to meeting Jenn at an open house. The other agent was unable to answer a couple of questions regarding a listing so I pursued it on my own. It was there that I met Jennifer and appreciated her upbeat and knowledgeable personality. While we did not choose to purchase the home she had listed, my husband and I did choose Jenn to help us with our home search. At one point, we made an offer on another property. It took the other broker almost two days to communicate back with Jenn, even though she attempted to receive a reply. It was truly apparent how much Jenn was representing us and how disorganized and disrespectful other agents could be. The market at which we were looking was very competitive. A couple of situations occurred where the houses on which we were planning to place an offer, had multiple offers. It became almost heartbreaking and my husband and I took at short break. Jenn understood and was immediately willing to show us the house that we now call “home”. Her patience, understanding and perseverance ultimately helped us find and purchase the best home of all. We could not be happier with the property and with the, sometimes, challenging experience of ultimately living here. Jenn certainly had other clients but we felt very supported by her throughout the process. See less
